Let’s explore the trails of Saas-Fee. We will be sourrounded
by 13 four-thousand-meter peaks and glaciers.
This is a high altitude training as we sleep and start at
an altitude of 1800m. In our daily 3-5 hours sessions we will have an elevation gain of 1000-1600m.

Running level requirement: You should be able to run
up to two hours on trails with a minimum of 400 vertical meters.
We will split the group into different trail running levels.

Trail Running Camp in Switzerland WellnessHostel4000

The Saas valley is famous for its sunny hiking routes, snowy mountain tours, adrenaline kicks on the slopes, winter and summer trend sports, gorge and glacier safaris, and much more besides.

If you are travelling solo, you can choose from all options. We will complement the rooms with like-minded people.

For several years she has been training the adidas Runners community, adidas employees and fifa staff.

Andrea Hofmann is a passionate ultra trail runner and certified trail running coach by Swiss Athletics. In addition, she is an experienced yoga teacher, which she considers very valuable in supporting running.

Saas-Fee is car-free. You can park your car in front of the village.
Walking distance to the hotel is around 10mins.

Travelling to Saas-Fee by train and bus is quick, secure and relaxing thanks to international train connections. Enjoy the beautiful scenery in Switzerland.

  • Arrival from Germany via Basel and Bern, travel time around 4 hours
  • Arrival from Zurich via Bern, travel time around 4 hours
  • Arrival from France via Geneva and Bern, travel time around 3 ½ hours
  • Arrival from Italy via Iselle and Brig, travel time around 3 hours
In Visp you have to switch to the Postauto with direction to Saas-Fee Busterminal.

Each guest has to make a separate booking, but you can make a request and add the name of your friend, who you want to share the room with, to the info box at the checkout.

Yes, if you want to enjoy your free time, you can also skip the yoga class.

The yoga session is open for any level. We will focus on deep stretches.
